Let me tell you how it all went down!
I attended an online conference called Podfest at the invitation of world renowned jewerly design master and maven Victoria Wieck, after meeting her in a big Podcasting summit hosted by another big influencer.
Victoria and I really hit it off in one of the Zoom break rooms, so we took our conversation into a 1-on-1 zoom chat on another day and chatted to see how we could collaborate and support each other IRL.
Victoria wrote a science fiction novel, and I host/produce/narrate a science fiction podcast - so it was a perfect bridge into our common interests! You can find her episode, Episode 40 - Shattered Sky, on Apple Podcasts or most podcast platforms in the known universe, as I like to say. βΊοΈ
Well, Victoria spoke highly of me to her friend Tonia DeCosimo, founder and CEO of the P.O.W.E.R. organization and host of her own podcast. SO many opportunities came from this introduction, and I had the joy and privilege to be featured in her magazine alongside many successful and notable female business owners. Just to give you an idea, Christie Brinkley and Gloria Estefan have been on the cover of her magazine. Amazing!
